Regulations for the management and information on Copyright of visual and textual material

Recognition rights
With acknowledgement of this document, you recognize that the ownership of the distinctive signs and/or intellectual property (trademarks, drawings, domain names, images, texts and/or others) for which use is granted on the part of Ceramiche Supergres – directly or being downloaded from Supergres’s website or from another connected or indicated link – is fully and exclusively of the latter and all property and moral rights are attributable to it.

Scope of use
Use of the distinctive signs and/or material supplied/downloaded must be rigorously and exclusively limited to the scope of your activity and strictly connected with the providing information about, promotion and sale of Supergres ceramic tiles.
Any use non-conforming to such regulations is strictly forbidden, considered as falling within the scope of counterfeiting and/or unfair competition.

The provisions below apply to the use and reproduction of visual and textual material on your merchandising, on your website(s), inside your catalogues or through any means of communications for the dissemination of the material.

“Ceramiche Supergres” Trademark
The use of the Supergres trademark is granted only and exclusively for descriptive and distinction purposes for the products and/or materials produced by Supergres and with a view to their promotion.

It is expressly and strictly forbidden to grant the Supergres trademark in use to third parties without Supergres’s prior written consent.

The reproduction of the Supergres trademark must not harm the image and commercial positioning of the Supergres company; if this is the case, the trademark must be removed without delay further to our simple request.

The Supergres trademark must always be reproduced in its original form and/or according to our instructions; the proportions and the colours cannot be modified and/or irrelevant effects or filters may not be added.

The reproduction of the Supergres trademark shall not, in any way, imply that Supergres sponsors or promotes your website(s) and/or activities and/or commercial actions advertised in it/them. If this does occur, you will have to remove/conceal what is a source of confusion for the final consumer further to Supergres’s simple request.

Every use of the Supergres trademark deviating from what herein provided for shall imply the forfeiture of the grant to use the trademark and the possibility for Supergres to take legal action to protect its rights and seek compensation for any damage suffered.

Policy for linking to the Supergres website
Links to the homepage of our official website, www.supergres.com (surface linking) are permitted; links to internal pages of our website (deep linking) are also permitted. Framing techniques (the visualization of pages belonging to another website inside one’s own website, creating a graphic frame that implies that those contents form part of one’s own site) are not permitted.

Trademarks, images, films, music, texts and relative contents
The trademarks, images, films, music, texts, documents and any other distinctive sign or sign covered by copyright that have been supplied or which have been downloaded by you from the Supergres website or downloaded from another link supplied to you are owned by the latter and are protected pursuant to current laws regarding industrial and intellectual property rights.

The trademarks, images, films, music, texts, documents and any other distinctive sign or sign covered by copyright may not be modified or manipulated in any way.

The images of locations have differentiated publication rules according to the context in which they are published.
To distinguish the images, reference should be made to the 2 letters combined with a number that are at the end of the file name:
- the images for which the file number contains _FI : MAY NOT be used on advertising pages
- the images for which the file number contains _DD and _ST do not have this restriction

For all the material supplied to you or downloaded by you from the Supergres website or downloaded from another link supplied to you, the sale, transfer to third parties, the granting in sub-use to third parties and/or reproduction outside of the use contexts indicated above, is forbidden.

The design, management and coordination of the aforementioned material are the responsibility of Ceramiche Supergres’s marketing department.

Any use deviating from what is established and granted by Supergres implies the forfeiture of the right to use the material in question and the right of the latter to take legal action for the protection of their rights and to seek compensation for damage suffered.

Disclaimer
The aforementioned visual and textual material may not be used for contractual purposes in the relationship with Ceramiche Supergres.

It is your duty to promptly inform Supergres of the discovery and/or detection of errors, imprecisions or omissions, sufficient to infringe the rights of third parties and/or cause damage to you or to third parties, contained in the material supplied by Supergres and/or downloaded from the latter’s website and/or from connected/indicated websites/links.

With acknowledgement of this document, you recognize that Ceramiche Supergres is not liable for any infringements of the rights of third parties and/or direct or indirect damage caused to you or to third parties and deriving from any errors, omissions or inaccuracies contained in the visual and textual material supplied by Supergres or downloaded from the latter’s website and/or form connected/indicated links.

As user of the visual and textual material, you will be the entirely liable towards third parties for the infringement of any rights and/or for the compensation of any direct or indirect damage deriving from their use and you hold Supergres harmless from any detrimental consequence that may derive from a claim for compensation made by third parties.

You are obliged to inform Ceramiche Supergres, without delay, of any infringement of either industrial and/or industrial property rights (e.g. trademarks, drawings, images, texts, videos, etc.) of which you become aware and of actions that others have taken in relation to Ceramiche Supergres for alleged infringement of earlier rights, as well as unfair competition and/or counterfeiting by third parties known to you.
